EXTERIOR
Visually spectacular, Violet-Blue Metallic, factory code L37E. Simply, one of the most memorable impressions any 911 could ever make. As an option, the silver Porsche decals can easily be removed if preferred.
Against a natural back-drop, the colour seems to lift and sit in perfect contract.
The total exterior is in a remarkable condition, showing virtually no sign of the past 21 years having any detrimental effects. We could only really locate one very small stone- chip which has since been addressed. All glass and lenses remain clear, rubber seals, subtle and effective.
INTERIOR
Full black leather seating, dash-top and centre console. Door cards, headlining, and carpets are in fine order. The high-back sports seats are supportive, displaying an acceptable and satisfying amount of patination only.
All instrumentation is clearly visible, operating as intended, as are all electrical components. The air-conditioning efficiently cools the cabin. The Becker Grand Prix is a desirable edition, providing a high quality level of audio pleasure.
WHEELS & TYRES
18”inchTurbo Alloys, with matching centre-caps. Only extremely minor imperfections on very close inspection. Likewise the red brake callipers, displaying the Porsche logo highlighted in white.

Just some of the works recorded include, front top mounts replaced, all brake discs and pads done just over 2k miles ago, 4 wheel alignment, ignition leads and plugs, front anti roll bar bushes @ 44,337 miles, gearbox major overhaul and new clutch @ 31k miles.

THE DRIVE & ENGINE
The glorious Turbo wide body houses the notorious M64/21 flat six, 12v coupled to the 6 speed manual G6420 gearbox.
Start-up is effortless and without issue, settles swiftly to a pulsating, steady idle. No smoke, no oil leaks rattles, hunting or surging. Once on the move, every journey feels like a very special occasion, with taut slick gear changes, a positive clutch feel. Unlike the Carrera 2S, benefitting from the same brakes and suspension as the Turbo, so speed is dissipated with ease, via the 4 piston calipers front and rear and 322mm ventilated / cross-drilled discs all round. Permanant all wheel drive with LSD, instil a confidence and sure-footedness, while surface imperfections are absorbed effectively. With 285 bhp to explore, 0-60 mph times of approx 5.2 sec, and a top speed in the region of 168mph, this low volume Porsche 993 must surely be worthy of serious consideration by both collector and enthusiast alike.
